What is Folio Reserve?
A standing seat. Each month we release one coffee, and your bag is set aside for you before it opens to everyone. Three releases a quarter, one a month.
Is it cheaper?
No, and that's on purpose. Same $22 a bag as everyone pays. Reserve buys you two things money usually can't get here: a guaranteed bag, and free shipping every month.
How does billing work?
$66 every three months, one quarter at a time. We send a reminder before each charge. Pause or cancel anytime before the next one, no hoops.
Can I still pick my roast?
Yes. Set light, medium, or dark once, and we roast every release that way. Want to change it for a month? Email us, a real person answers.
What if I don't love a release?
You won't know what's coming. That's the point of a curation. But we're two people in a garage, not a warehouse, so tell us and we'll make it right.
What makes it "founding"?
The first 25 seats. Founding members get a card hand-numbered by Nancy with their first shipment, and they keep their seat as Reserve grows and eventually closes to new members.
