One new coffee every month. We choose a lot that interests us, roast it until we're happy with it, and share what we learned along the way.

We also roast a seasonal espresso blend. The coffees change through the year, but the goal stays the same: something that works well as espresso, on its own or with milk.

Folio is run by Jean-Marc and Nancy in San Jose. Jean-Marc does the roasting, Nancy letters the bags by hand, and we pack each release together.
We started Folio because we wanted to keep discovering new coffees and sharing them with people who appreciate the details.
